All drivers upon registering in the app provide their identification document, driver's license, certificate of no criminal record for a review. But still:
 

1. Before entering the taxi make sure the driver's face, car license plates, car make, model and color al match those specified in the driver's account in Taxifan app.

2. Inform your relatives about the pickup location, the time of booking and boarding the car, the destination, the car license plates and the name of the driver.

3. Keep in touch with family members during the trip. You can send screenshots of the driver's profile to your family members.

4. Do not request non-traditional taxi OUT OF Taxifan APP, even if the car has a Taxifan ads on it.
