All drivers provide a passport, driver’s license, a certificate of criminal record at registration with Taxifan. Nevertheless:
1. When boarding the car, make sure that the driver’s profile, car registration plates, make, model and color correspond to those indicated in Taxifan app.
2. Tell your relatives about the place and time of boarding, your destination, car registration plates, and driver’s name, and phone number.
3. Stay in touch with your relatives or friends during the ride. You can send screenshots of the driver’s profile to your relatives.
4. When booking unconventional taxi (like Uber), never book a ride OUTSIDE OF TAXIFAN APP, even if the car has Taxifan advertising on it.
