Free Health Care

In NRBE the health care is totally free for everyone. A disease is a natural disaster - we can call it an earthquake inside a living organism.

Everyone is afflicted with this disaster, the poor and the rich, the working and unemployed. If an earthquake strikes, and there are people under the rubble begging for help, would you offer it for money? I think the answer is clear - no.

Today health care is a business for profit, so no one can guarantee you that you will not pay for some unnecessary procedures and pills to bring more profit for the business. Can health care be free? Yes, absolutely. People in the USSR had totally free and excellent health care, including free dentists. The state paid very good salaries to the doctors. People in Capitalist countries, especially in America, don’t understand where the soviet government got money for the free health care. They think people were taxed more. But, it is not so. Quite the opposite. There was no income tax in the USSR.

The fact is, in Socialism the state (people's government) works and makes money. In Capitalism, the state (oligarchs' government) does not work, so does not make money, so it collects money form people in the form of taxes. In Socialism, the state runs a state corporation that makes profit which goes to the business owner as in Capitalism. Since in Socialism the business owner is the people, the profit goes to the people. One part of it goes to the worker in the form of a free health care, free education, free housing. And the other part forms other social benefits, such as free health resorts, and many other things - the list is big. Plus, the monthly and yearly bonuses for every worker as in Capitalism.

In Capitalism, this is impossible, because there is a long chain of those who want to make money for the expense of others: the insurance company, the owners of the hospitals, the manufacturers of medical equipment, the medical schools that train doctors, the doctors themselves who pay a lot of money for the training, the companies that have to pay taxes to the state - all this burden falls on the shoulders of a consumer. As a result, the health care prices in Capitalism soar through the roof.

The paid health care does not make the quality of the health care better, as some people mistakenly think, and how the oligarch-run media try to make you think. If you go to a health care business, they may show themselves professional to impress you, be super polite, but they have no more knowledge than a doctor in the free health care system. This is why, in the USA, with the most expensive health care in the world, 251,000 people die every year due to the doctor's mistake.

Paid medical education also affects the quality of medicine, and makes it worse. One of my friends decided to remove 5 teeth in Mexico. The first doctor spent 1 hour trying to extract one tooth, and in a few days 1 hour more to remove the second. So my friend decided to visit another dentist whose service cost more. This doctor removed 3 teeth in 5 seconds each. The whole procedure took only 5 minutes. As you can see, there is a huge difference between the dentists. The second dentist was trained in a very expensive school, and paid a lot of money for the training. Now, his job costs more, and he treats the rich. And the first dentist treat the poor.

So the rich gets a better health care service than the poor.

It should not be so. The health care preparation or education, must be the same for all doctors, independently of the size of their wallet. Only in this case the quality of health care will always be the same, and of the highest quality for everyone.

Most diseases can be avoided with proper nutrition. But in a capitalist society this is impossible, because everything is done and created for profit. Therefore, all food is crammed with preservatives so that it last longer and brings more profit. It is crammed with various flavors to make it tastier than the food of the competitors. As a result, food leads to a disease. The same thing with the medicine. They all have side effects, but who cares if selling drugs brings huge profit, so they are prescribed to people at every opportunity. And people think that if there are a lot of drugs, then we have a superb health care.
