There is no white or black racism - there is just racism when people treat other people bad.
Instead of focusing on the motives why it happens (there are plenty of reasons - different color of skin, background, country of origin, etc.), and paying them back in their own coin, we must focus on how to CREATE a society where people cannot be treated bad, and, if they get treated bad, then those who do that get punished. Now, many people are more concerned about the motives, and usually their response to racism is no better. They start breaking local businesses, cars, beat other people, basically treating other people, in most cases innocent ones, with the same or even more brutality, basically committing the same crime themselves. Instead of creating they destroying other people property and ruin lives of other people.
One of the main reasons of racism is not slavery, as many people wrongly think. Because there are many countries that have never experienced it, yet they experience racism. The main reasons are frustration either with themselves, or with life in general. We cannot fix the personal frustrations, but we can resolve the frustrations with life. These two frustrations are closely related and cause each other.
The frustrations with life are caused by the unemployment, inequality, no affordable health care, no affordable housing, low wages. We have the political parties who promise us all the time to change our life for better, but nothing has changed for thousands of years - they've changed their own life for better. Our movement can solve all the problems right now, you do not have to wait 100 years, and you do not need the political parties at all. If and when it is going to happen depends on you only. All you need to do is to spread the word about it. With our None Profit Resource Based Economy (NRBE) people can have totally free health care including all diagnostics and treatments, including free dentists, free education and housing. Everyone can have a job according to their skills if they willing to work - unemployment will be 0%. NRBE totally eliminates taxes. This is a totally new society as it should have been in the very beginning of our civilization. Unfortunately, we were hijacked by a small group of people (monarchs or oligarchs) thousands of years ago who grabbed the power with the aim of making a profit. So they created the society where only about 3% of population benefit from it, while all the others live in poverty, frustration, that in turn leads to mental and physical health issues, one of which is racism. Today, we all live in almost the same society that was created by monarchs. In many countries even the election system is the same as it was 100 - 300 years ago.

Because all of you, including your ancestors, have been brainwashed by the oligarchs-run media for hundreds of years. This is why for some people it can be difficult to understand the None Profit Resource Based Economy. It is like saying that the Earth is round (not flat) thousands years ago. People would not get you. Same with the NRBE economy. Many people cannot even imagine that we can live in a tax-free society, with free health care, housing, education, and that we can build spaceships and travel to other planets absolutely for free, that our society can be built on human and natural resources, not on profit. All you hear from the oligarchs is that nothing is free (except for them of course).
