The power in the country must be a law (not a person as it has been for centuries).
The people of the country will create the law in the form a program with listed main principles, and present it to the government, not vice versa as it is done now, thus, the people will be the legislative branch in the country.
The state, or government, will be the executive branch, which will fulfill the program, and will perform administrative, rather than imperious, functions.
All power structures will be chosen by the people for 5 years.
Each year, the people by using our own electronic voting system and evaluate the work of the presidents and governments.
The people may express a vote of no confidence to the authorities ahead of schedule if the authorities do not implement the program.
The salaries of all authorities should be known to everyone, and published on the government website.
Authorities who have been removed by the people ahead of schedule must never be able to be re-elected. It is not right that the same politicians sit in power for decades. They blame foreign leaders for staying in power for decades meanwhile themselves sit in power almost whole life.
There will be two presidents. One will be the president of internal affairs of the country, and the other will be the president of external relations responsible for the foreign policy. This must be done so that the presidents pay more attention to each of their own area.
All elections must be totally free. Money must not be involved in the election process and politics in general. Private businesses must stay away from the power and politics.
